Clean room, shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the room. Perfect and great location in a rural area with a pleasant view of garden. A wide range of food options at a moderate distance from the venue.
Quite busy staff!

It is a extremely quiet location. You will ear the crickets all night long. Try to get a room with a balcony, they are amazing for reading or to have breakfast on.
Some accessories in the bathroom were not working (shower tray, for instance, was broken). The floor was too slippery at times and my real complaint is the very tiny room they have for breakfast and the choice on them. There was a delicious pineapple in one day that was nowhere to be seen the next day. Scrambled eggs had to be ordered, no bacon, no space to move around the supplies table.

I keep coming back to this hotel because of the friendly staff who helped me find parking on my first stay. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, pool, spa. Can't wait to return for Easter!

Great to find accommodation in unusual and very interesting surroundings in the Alentejo countryside.
We were disappointed not to be able to use the bicycles supplied as every one of them had a flat tyre and no pump could be found by the staff. The only one for a lady had only one pedal!! Perhaps some maintenance could be provided for guests to enjoy the lovely surroundings which we did by foot in the end.
